Enrolment & Payment

To enrol on a SUL course a student enrolment form must be completed and returned with either full fees or a deposit of £250 for individuals, or 10% of the total course fees for group bookings, before we can reserve a place or issue a visa letter. The deposit is non-refundable except in cases of visa refusal or course cancellation.

All course fees must be paid to us 30 days before the course starts.

Deposits and course fees must be paid by bank transfer and must include any bank transfer charges.

If full payment has not been received by the course start date, the student will not be permitted to join the course.

You can make payment by bank transfer, credit or debit card at guaranteed lowest cost to you. See our how to pay page for more details on how to make payment.

Services

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, we may change the services offered, including details of locations, courses, facilities and dates of programmes.

Where the number of students at any level is insufficient to form a viable group, we may provide group lessons at a different time of day or location, or one to one lessons.

Lessons are held in suitable premises which are usually school classrooms for groups, and teacher’s homes for home tuition.

SUL Language Schools will take all reasonable steps to deliver the services the client has booked. However, if due to circumstances beyond our control this is not possible, we reserve the right to provide alternative services of at least an equivalent standard at no additional costs to the client.

Teaching hours are 60 minutes of teaching. The number of lessons and length of lessons are defined for each course.

Educational visits and excursions may be changed in the event of bad weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Public Holidays

Normally there are no lessons on days which are UK public holidays. Students are offered replacement lessons on other days in the same week.

Complaints

If any student is unhappy with any aspect of the course firstly they should contact SUL’s local representative or their Agency (if any). If they are still not satisfied, they should write to SUL Head Office. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints in a timely manner.

Our prices stated on our current price list are valid from the 1st of January to the 31st of December of the current year.

We reserve the right to unilaterally change prices as a result of governmental regulations, tax increases, exchange rate variations or other events beyond our control.
